What is your cancellation policy?
All cancellations must be made in writing via email.
– 7+ days before your tour: Full refund.
– 5–6 days before your tour: 50% refund.
– 4 days or less: Non-refundable.
– No-shows: Non-refundable.
Are tips required?
Tipping is optional but always appreciated for exceptional service!
What payment methods do you accept?

How do I arrange a custom tour?
Creating personalized tours is my specialty! Email me with your preferred locations, activities, number of days, and group size. I will craft a tailored itinerary, including schedules and pricing, to create your perfect Tuscan experience.
What is the maximum group size you can accommodate?
My standard tours accommodate up to 8 people, but I can arrange tours for larger groups of up to 24 guests upon request.
Do you offer transportation or transfers?
My tours start from your selected town. Depending on your location, I can provide train recommendations or arrange a private driver service (for an additional fee) for one-way or round-trip transfers.
Do I need travel insurance?
I highly recommend travel insurance for peace of mind when visiting a foreign country. It’s easy to purchase online before your trip.
